maybe we could move TM to DB?.........yeah, that will be next, he can play both ways.

its all about getting the best athletes on the field. Bobby Newcombe was to good to keep off of the field as a Freshman, and TO moved him to WR where he should have stayed but that is a whole other discussion.

Alot of it is the players just wanting to get onto the field also and they will ask coaches if they can move. (Team players) they know they can help out the team and and compete for PT.

all in all some times it works, some times it doesnt.
