Adrian Talan no longer on the team

There was some concern from people watching practice whether he'd ever contribute. Let's grab us another LB in the 16 class and roll.

Wasn't ready as a true fresh. Needed the weight room and more playbook. Kids hate to RS these days

Can't really evaluate character and heart until they arrive on campus. Ameer is one end of the spectrum (and sadly a vast minority of it) Talon is possibly the other end

I like the fact that this staff appears to be more adept at shedding potential non-contributors or kids that haven't got the right mindset.

Is it possible this is Mr. High Maintenance or is there something else going on here? I'm asking because I don't want to accuse if there is something far more serious going on with him.

It is, that's what the second tweet was referencing.

Good point. They seemed quick in determining who they want to move forward with and who they don't. Its good for everyone and wastes a lot less of each others time. This Talan dismissal or exit is late in the game, but its an exception.

They let the piece about him leak to see if it would change him, and it clearly didnt.

I hope the kid can go somewhere and do well, but with how wide open LB is, he probably should have just put his head down and grinded.
