The Clone Wars is a solid series, although there are a LOT of episodes.  I may have found an episode guide which showed me which episodes were the best ones and episodes to watch.  I did the same for Star Wars Rebels.

Ahsoka is a big character in The Clone Wars, as much of the series focuses on her development as a Jedi and her relationship with Annakin, as she's the padawan of Annakin.
