The early 90s teams were the most successful basketball teams that NU has had. Four straight NCAA tourney berths, although not being able to win a game in any of the big dances was very disappointing.
The old Big 8 was a great basketball conference in the 80's and early 90's, with a lot of depth. It wasn't Kansas, and then everyone else like it it is currently for the Big 12.
