Am I the only one depressed by that countdown?

yeah, i was happy NU won the bowl, but that feeling has vanished with the thought of no football.

at least we have *some* nfl left(its just not the same as college tho), basketball & baseball too

I just don't have a good team to cheer for in NFL so I really have no passion for it. Plus its just not NEARLY as exciting as college football.

You can cheer for the chargers with me! :D

Darin sproles is really fun to watch. He's a 5'6 running back who looks like he's running through the grand canyon when he hits a hole. I too miss the huskers, though.

Yeah, the NFL definitely isn't as interesting to watch. It is a business, after all. I would say everybody here could help cheer on the Vikings but nope, they bottomed out again.

YES... told my 8 yr old son this morning, who is extremely excitied for the NC game, that I was actually sad that it was tonight. I told him that fb would be over until next year.

Now, for the whole "root for the Chargers crap  .....Life long STEELERS FAN HERE :clap ....... Everyone can wave the "terrible towel" this weekend.

Who is this Darren guy you all keep talkin about? Haven't heard of him :)

Actualy he scares the hell out of me !!!!!

I just hope Dan Fouts and Kellen Winslow don't have a great game, or my Steelers are screwed. :dunno
