An open letter I just e-mailed Coach Pelini

Attn. Mr. Bo Pelini

Dear Mr. Pelini,

Congratulations on what has been a very successful tenure at Louisiana State University.

We in the state of Nebraska knew back in 2003, when you left our harrowed home, that you were destined to do great things.

In today's world of ESPN and talk radio, I think one would be amiss to not recognized recent changes that have occurred at the University of Nebraska. It's obvious we are in peril right now, The travesty that is the previous administration have scarred this state, and those wounds began to be etched before you left.

We are looking for not only a coach, but also a leader of men. A role, not only myself, but many a man in this state believe that you are ready to fulfill.

You heard the chants at the 2003 Alamo bowl, when we said, "We want Bo!" Some never stopped saying it. Now more people than ever are singing it. Come home Bo. Come home.

I like it.

I hope he realizes it was Pederson who didn't want him. The players wanted him and so did the fans.
