Word on the street is that he's been spotted multiple times on campus. I've been hearing talk of him having a change of heart about Stanford... but i've also heard that he's just visiting his bro. Can anyone debunk this?

umm until further notice lets just say he hasnt been on campus and if he has he is only just visiting his brother.......

 
What's the protocol if he did want to switch to NU? Doesn't Stanford have to release him from his LOI? I know they don't HAVE to do that if they don't want to... though it'd be a slap in the face if they didn't. It'd be great to see this rumor grow some legs.

More than likely visiting his brother. Wouldn't take a report of Todd visiting Stanford out of ordinary either.

 
I heard he was just in town to check out the new basketball facilities, hes thinking about switching sports because he wants to watch tv in the bathroom stalls while he does his business. :dunno

Anyone can be released from the scholarship if the school lets them, and because he hasn't actually been in school or at practices he wont lose any eligibility. so he would still have 5 years with 4 years to play. That being said it would be surprising if one he comes to Nebraska now, but if he wanted to it would be pretty tough for Stanford to deny him the transfer without a pretty bad PR news cycle. It is possible he would have to sit out for 1 year via transfer rules with the NCAA, he could just use that as a redshirt year if I am not mistaken.

 
i wouldnt read to much into this, im sure he is just visiting his brother,and even if there is more to it, him coming here to visit for other reasons ( like switching from stanford to DONU) might be an infraction on ncaa rules, idk but if it is we wouldnt want that getting out

 
yeah i don't have many eggs in this basket... i'd heard from a few people, then i started wondering when they were talking about it on the radio. i'm sure im the only one who thinks this... but it doesn't seem overly routine or normal to visit your bro on his campus in the spring just to come hang out. especially when you're getting ready to play college football at another school, and especially when you just shat on the school you're visiting. i'm pretty sure i'm reading too much into this... but its worth somethin. :dunno

its not normal, if it was for the spring game then yes, but if this just happened a few days ago then its kind of fishy, theres two weeks left of school, why would he have any reason to come to our campus, in the spring to visit his brother? he would have came in the summer to hangout, or todd would go back home for awhile, i have a feeling something is up, not sure what

 
I heard that Andrus was driving the U-Haul to take Todd's stuff home now, and Todd Jr. was flying back home after finals to be eligible for Stanford's summer conditioning. Something about being present in summer coursed by May 7th. This was a big factor in why Peat Jr. wasn't participating in Spring practice.

Rumors are kind of silly, aren't they? Just in case anyone is wondering: I made the story up. So if by some odd chance it ends up being true, sorry!
