Good find! Don't slack off is what I took from that article. To have him realize that he got replaced and not fight or argue about is really amazing. After all it's their spot to lose.

 
West is an integral part of our secondary & definitely part of the reason it's gonna be so effective this season. Considering the defensive formations the Pelini bros have installed, our secondary will need the depth it has, so there's no question West needs to be dependable whether played CB or S. Honestly I think we'd be in more trouble if West went down rather than Blue.
