Any MyFitnessPal Users out there?

Dave, how do you customize your meal names and orders? For example, instead of only breakfast, how do I add a pre-workout, post-workout, etc.?

This looks a lot like Fat Secret that I use. I love it and lost a ton of weight using it. I stopped and actually started gaining weight again. Tried losing the extra pounds but it wasn't working. Started using Fat Secret again and now the pounds are coming back off.

I use that as well Buster, and I have the same experiences. I can maintain weight without it, but I will never loose weight unless I log it.

And like Q I tried the pen and paper route, but gave up on that after a week. Way too much work when you have these free tools at your dispos
