McNeill questionable: Husker junior tight end Mike McNeill sat out Tuesday’s practice, still recovering from a hit to the rib area.

Offensive coordinator Shawn Watson isn’t sure if McNeill will be able to play Saturday. “It’s a day-to-day deal,” he said.

Hope he will be back for the game. He is the most reliable TE we have. It does give the young TE's a chance to show what they have if he is out for the game.
