that's what I also heard, that if a person has a flu, they just record it as H1N1.

If this is true, no wonder why H1N1 is such a "pandemic". Not a very good way to keep accurate statistics and who knows where they stop. If somebody is "sick" but doesn't have the flu, are they just going to mark it at H1N1?
