Anyone ever taken a class on making sushi?

A local sushi bar here in Columbia offers a class on making sushi. My girlfriend & I are thinking about taking it & I was just trying to see if anyone else had taken a class like this & if they liked it.

 
I don't think it is hard to make sushi, just hard to find high quality fish to make it. That and a sharp knife. :)

Lots of places here in SoCal that sell supplies. I'll just go buy the stuff cause my wife won't eat seafood even if it's cooked. :)

My daughter took a class last year, she's a freak about damn near everything Japanese. If you got questions I'm sure she will answer them if she can.

I was just wondering if she enjoyed it and would recommend doing it to others.

Oh yeah she loved it, always trying to get me to try her creations. But if you think you'd enjoy it then by all means go for it.
