Anyone Have an Injury Update

What's up with Steinkuhler's nagging injury? And did Dixon get hurt on Saturday? The trainers seemed to be looking at him after a few plays on Saturday. Could be trouble if they are both hurt...

As far as I know, no injuries sustained on Saturday were serious except for possibly Green.

If we don't hear today, I am sure someone will ask about it tomorrow in the PC.

My best friends' daughters' second cousins' sister-in-laws' fathers' German Shepard told me that Steinkuhler will be fine for USC.

IMO, NU needs to be more worried about Steiney than Dixon, even though I think Dixon could develop into a hell of a player.

sweet. :sarcasm
Lke a Rockstar sugar shack with a beehive orgy...what do ya got on this?

Curiously, when Green went out vs. Wake, Wilson came in for a few series (or so) and then Eisenhart (a walk-on, no?) played the rest of the game for him.

I think Jim Rose said something about going for experience (even though Wilson's also a senior, right?)

I'm curious now, who do you think we see at the other safety spot if Green isn't good to go? Why not Thenarse? Will it be Eisenhart? I don't recall him having too much experience at the position. Major Culbert to RB is looking like a pretty silly decision right now.

I though Eisenhart looked pretty good, IMO. I honestly can't speak for Thenarse. I would've agreed with you about Culbert a month ago, but the guy is definitely solid at RB...he just didn't get the reps like he did last week due to the game...he is a great player, though...look for him at some point vs. USC, I really believe he could be a difference maker. I was seriously upset he didn't get time with the 1st team in the Spring Game, I really think he is that good...unfortunately, he just can't get the playing time right now.
