Anyone who has worked at the bars in Lincoln...

I always wondered, what time do the bar owners, staff, prefer the game to be at? 11am seems like you would have to have the staff in there by 8am? I always thought that 2:30 games might lead to the most amount of business for the day since you get a before and after crowd. Anyone that worked at one have some input?

I've never worked at one down there. But I'm pretty positive it is 2:30. There is a morning crowd, during, and then a massive influx after that leads longer into the night than if it were an 11 or primetime game. Go downtown at like 930 after a 2:30 game, it gets messy.
