At Least the Refs didn't Screw Us

Seriously, the last thing I wanted to see was the officials impact the outcome of the game. I couldn't watch the game closely as I was stuck at an annoying Christmas party, but it appeared that the game was officiated fairly well. We got a fair shot at it and pissed it down our leg. I've been on the Fire Watson Bandwagon and I'm staying on it. I do not understand how a guy can play the QB position all year and continue to make the wrong reads on the zone read play. I am looking forward to next year to see what Carnes can do for the offense. Martinez has no pocket presence at all and quite honestly I hold my breath every time he has the ball. I feel bad for the seniors who deserved to go out champions and once again came up short. We're losing a lot of great players after this year. This sucks.

 
I agree. I am pissed, but I will be able to fall asleep tonight. Glad to see a clean game, OU was the better team and grats to them.

 
Did you see him smiling while on the podium before they were gonna present the trophy? What a class-A douche.

 
The refs did a great job. I think this was the Big 12's all-star refs team, right? The zebras who performed best during the season.

 
I thought the officiating was very good. The penalties we had were deserved. The refs lets the players play the game. We just shot ourselves in the foot all night

 
I have come to the realization that it is possible that the refs were not out to "get us" this year, but Boobe assigned the bottom of the scrap heap ref teams to our games.

 
The refs were excellent last night. With a national audience, you know Beebe made sure nothing was too fishy. Now what went on during the regular season is a different matter.
