Tired of hearing the players didn't execute... no kidding.
If the players consistently aren't executing the scheme on defense, or offense, when will we change the scheme into something that the players can execute? If it's about willingness rather than ability, why is the culture such that the players are unwilling to trust the scheme and execute it?
