Being reported on other sites that he was just arrested on 2nd degree rape charges. Although it is innocence until proven guilty, I think it should be safe to assume that the Huskers probably will not be interested in having Jonathan Cook convince him to commit.

 
maybe the better question is after this arrest they may pull his scholly and possibly ask someone else? Hopefully not Jonathon Cook...... :(
