Ummm....I'll gladly sell them some farm ground.  This comes out to $48,000 per acre.  The record price for land in Iowa is $30,000 per acre.  These guys are showing they have no clue before they even get started.

I figured this morning it would take 384 years to recoup the initial 5 million investment based on their income at today's corn prices. That doesn't include any tax advantages they might receive or the loss of income on other investments that would have been more profitable. I wonder who their investment advisor is?
