Heisman Trophy Winner
so I'm watching knuckleball and I have deep admiration for R.A. Dickey and how he's remade himself and overcome abuse when he was young. And I'm wondering who are other athletes that you might admire, either for overcoming personal tragedies or being outstanding citizens, or just having a deep spirtual commitment. Obvious is Rex Burkhead, Tim Tebow, David Robinson. But I am interested in learning about others that might be flying under the radar.
