Idk... I still think an easy preseason match up or two makes sense when you are playing a 9 game conference schedule.I was going through this the other day and all I could think was good thing OSU scheduled Texas for week 1, because what a terrible lineup otherwise.

Excepting UAlbany, Missery State and Western Illinois, I don’t think the matchups are very lacking at all. Sure some/most will likely get rocked but for the most part those are reasonable lower tier teams. You are correct, it 100% does make sense, especially week 1 for your first live action of the year, but with so many teams now in the conference I would hope for a few good match-ups to slip in.

Utah @ UCLA is a great matchup imo.
I do get it lol. I still look at the big 10 and feel the schedule is stronger than most other teams outside the conference. That said, there are a few games that are just bad. I'm not exactly pumped for our next two match ups but it should be a good opportunity to fix things we saw in week 1 and to get ready for Michigan. Would love to beat them.I know it isn't reasonable, but I want to be spoiled every week
Yeah, I do agree with you about that one. I'll definitely tune in, but after the huge disappointment for Utah last year, and UCLA, well, being UCLA, I decided to poo poo it!
