The numbers are for the players projected ranking come the draft at their positions.

The only thing holding him back from being a top pick is his size. He would be a really small tight end in the NFL.

I don't know if we can say that, Haspula. Rex is a good, tough runner, but there are a lot of those in Division One ball. And remember that this isn't a list of the top Big Ten Juniors, this is a list of Big Ten Juniors who were on the national, overall list. You can find that HERE. All that list does is give the top five Juniors for each position. It's very possible Rex is, in their mind, in the top ten, just not the top five. I could live with that.
