I know that many love to bash Beck, but I don't really consider him to have been the biggest problem. 12th in scoring offense doesn't happen with total suckage at that position. The bigger problem is lack of O-line development. The biggest "don't let the door hit you..." in my book is Els. LB play has been distinctly lacking since Ekeler left, despite having talent good enough to get to the league. Also, Bo took a keen interest (and hand) if Special Teams during the offseason because of how bad it sucked last year. And who was responsible for that?
