[SIZE=19pt]In a bowl, combine all the following ingredients, to taste:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=19pt]Black Pepper[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Cayenne[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Onion Powder[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Garlic Powder[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Green Chile Powder[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Put chicken wings on a shallow pan and put 2 pats of butter on each wing.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Bake at 375-400 degrees for an hour-(or as you wish), I like crispy skin-(flipping half way through.)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=19pt]Don’t [/SIZE]cover them at any point!
