I have made this before and it is really good and tender.
Baked Steak:
Depending on how many people you have to feed...use the amount of ingredients that you think you will need.
BUY MINUTE STEAKS ONLY
CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP OR CELERY SOUP OR DO HALF AND HALF-
CHOPPED OHIONS
CHOPPED GARLIC
Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup-Opt.
FLOUR MINUTE STEAKS ON BOTH SIDES & BROWN WITH A LITTLE OIL IN SKILLET.
TAKE MINUTE STEAKS OUT ONCE BROWNED AND PUT THEM IN A ROASTER.
PUT ONIONS AND GARLIC ON STEAK.
Sprinkle Onion Mushroom Soup All Over The Steak.
POUR SOUP OVER MINUTE STEAKS AND BAKE WITH A LID ON ROASTER AT A LOW TEMPERATURE ALL DAY.
THE LONGER IT BAKES AT LOW TEMPERATURE..THE MORE TENDER IT WILL BE.
