have they announced what the plan is for him this year? last I heard he was on the D line. did he he play saturday? I would think as thin as the line is he would be able to play this year. if not I hope they are considering RS him

I think they said he was quite a ways away from playing and has struggled with some nagging injuries while trying to learn the defense. I think he is almost a lock for a redshirt season.

With as many seniors on the line as nebraska has, its probably best to Red-shirt him anyway.
