We have 11-12 guys on defense that are each individually outstanding, and they all make others around them better.

 
I agree. He has been a consistant presence all year and he capped it off with a great performance last night. My tip my hat to him.

 
How bout an offensive scout team? A defense can only be that prepared if a scout team is really giving them a substantial look during prep. by walkons and such that really do give a sh#t, something this program lost during the Callafuck days

 
This guy showed immediate potential as a big playmaker in 05, but never really developed into what he is now until this staff showed up (that sounds like a stupid statement, but you know what i mean) Imagine what guys like Octavian, Bowman, Cryer, Jay Moore, Stu Bradley coulda been with this type of staff to provide them with the talent development.

 
Turner had a great career at Nebraska. Started out with as a Freshman All-American, had a couple of injury filled years, but he pulled out a great year and an especially great game last night. While there will be players that will be able to step into his spot next year (seeing how great our depth is at DE for the next few years) he'll definitely be missed.
