Alex Gordon was 3-4 today as Nebraska beat North Carolina 10-4. Nebraska had only 9 hits, all of them singles, yet still managed to put up 10 runs. N.C. had 9 hits but 4.

Nebraska can keep doing this we will be going places this year.

There only lost this week was to defending champs Rice. They only lost 4-2. NU had a couple bone head plays. Gave up at least 2 unearned, maybe three.

As long as pitching holds up, Big 12 conference is attainable.

 
me likey! man this gordon kid is turning into a real frickin phenom. but Im not sure we can rely on his hot stik the whole year. who are some other heavy swingers we can rely on? we have solid pitching no?
