BBQ Chicken Pita Pizzas:
1 Cup Cooked Chicken Or Rotisserie Chicken, Chopped
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
4 Pita Breads-(6-in.)
1/3 Cup Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
1 Small Onion, Halved and Thinly Sliced
1 Small Green Pepper, Julienned
1-(4-oz.) Can Chopped Green Chiles
1-(4-oz.) Can Mushroom Stems And Pieces, Drained Or Chopped Fresh Mushrooms
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a small bowl, combine chicken and BBQ Sauce; spoon over Pitas. Top with the bacon, onion, green pepper, chiles, mushrooms and cheese.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake Pitas at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
