Husker- Some kind scruffy runt terrier

I had a dog named Sage once. She was a gorgeous chow mix, but dumb as a box of Corn Flakes.

Some of my proposed names that where rejected by the wife, Dumptruck (Dumps), Junkyard, and Mooch.

There is only one name that any Husker fan should use if they have a dog, and it's a male. And that's Herbie, just like my dog is named.

George- On the way home from picking up a new puppy, my mom and dad were talking, trying to name him. He was in the back of the van, and my dad had been clothes shopping that day as well. Pretty soon here comes the puppy back up front with a tag he ripped off a shirt in his mouth. It said "George." Problem solved.

I had a rottie named Chunk too. gawd he was big.
