Best ISP in Lincoln?

After 10 years away from the capital city....I'm moving back. I'm trying to line up as much as I can before I get there.

I don't really want to use Time Warner or Windstream for Internet. Anybody know of some good alternatives?

Time Warner and Windstream are the only two choices for residential ISPs. There are some re-sellers like Internet Nebraska, but it's still Time Warner or Windstream service.
