Betting Lines

So I was looking around on fightline.com and saw beeting lines for UFC Vera VS. Jones. I have no idea how these lines work, pay out ect. Has anyone bet on fights or have any idea what the lines mean?

*Junior Dos Santos -260 vs. Gabriel Gonzaga +200

* Jon Jones -210 vs. Brandon Vera +165

I assume the * is the favorite but that is all I could figure out. Any help would be great.
