7:45 a.m. Eight days and nine practices have come and gone, and Nebraska is still waiting on offensive tackle Jaivorio Burkes to be cleared. Burkes is out because of an issue with high blood pressure.
Here's what has happened in his absence:

Redshirt freshman Marcel Jones is running No. 1 at right tackle. Sophomore D.J. Jones has moved over from right guard to right tackle to be No. 2.

At right guard, junior-college transfer Ricky Henry has emerged as the new No. 2 behind starter Matt Slauson. Henry is an Omaha Burke graduate who comes with a reputation for being physical.
