Big Ten Football Richest/Poorest Programs

Ha, sort of funny. MSU logs 64.7M but the elite echelon starts with Nebraska at 65M. Suck it Spartans.
I think the writer is saying that Nebraska is NOT in the elite echelon, which starts at $71 million.
I was going to post the same thing then I read the actual article. The quoted post reads different from the article in its composition. Hence my "never mind"

(NOTE: The article in the OP is a current article, but the revenues are from the 2015 season. )

The ticket sales numbers for the 2015 season are below. Note that Nebraska and Wisconsin are flip-flopped from the revenue numbers. The percentage difference is fairly large between these two rankings. It makes me wonder whether Wisconsin tickets are really that much more expensive than Husker tickets? Or perhaps Wisconsin has trouble with arithmetic. Just sayin..

(What revenues do teams get aside from ticket sales? )

1. Michigan 771,174 LINK

2. Ohio State 750k

3. Penn State 699k

4. Nebraska 630k

5. Wisconsin 546k

6. Mich. State 523k

7. Iowa 442k
