Bill Callahan allowed to vote on behalf of Nebraska in final Coach's poll?

Everyone knows that very few head coaches do this themselves, so I guess Watson or someone else voted for the university, but it just irritates me to see Callahan's name still associated with us (kind of like when the St. Louis Rams introduce Richie Incognito, and it has him listed as "University of Nebraska")

BTW, I noticed he/whomever didn't put LSU at the top, or even 2nd - OU is there
