Are you OK with rotating the final game between Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin?

Good poll, but you do realize that we didn't play OU always consistently on Thanksgiving, right?  Sometimes it was Saturday, sometimes it wasn't even that week, or wasn't the final game.  I'll post a history if i have time.

Not to belittle your point.  It was indeed a "tradition", but just not as old or consistent as some may remember IMO.

1. Black Friday (I like being one of only a few games on national tv)

2. I voted rotate, but I don't care if it's the same team every year or if they rotate.

3. Yes. See above

I voted Saturday (makes the game easier to watch for me)

Wisconsin (could end up being a big matchup as it could mean who wins the west on almost a yearly basis)

IDC

I would prefer to play Oklahoma every Thanksgiving Day.

Given the choices:

-Black Friday(or turkey day, I don't care)

-Iowa (because of history and proximity, not rivalry)

-I don't care.

Black Friday

Oklahoma was not an option so I chose Wisconsin

No, I would like to annually have the game be a marquee one.

In our early years, up until 1936, playing on Thanksgiving was definitely a Husker tradition, but the opponent varied.  Often, it was a season-ending non-conference game.  After 1950 we started playing Oklahoma more often as a season-ender, although not always on Thanksgiving.

I think it's fine to not have a regular opponent, as long as the Huskers keep playing on Thanksgiving or Black Friday.  Kind of like the Cowboys or Lions, only a way older tradition.
