Blackshirts at the SAC Museum Saturday

Kick off the Nebraka football season under the fastest jet -- the SR-71 Blackbird -- while meeting members of the Blackshirts defensive team Saturday at the Strategic Air & Space Museum.
The event is from 9-11 a.m.; doors open at 8:30 a.m. Please limit one item to autograph per Husker.

The museum is off Interstate 80, exit 426, between Lincoln and Omaha.

General admission is $10 adult and $5 child; members free; discounts for retirees and military.

Before the hubbub gets out of control, I doubt we can read much into the use of the word "Blackshirts" since this was a JournalStar article.

Also, after going to SAC's website, it appears that the Blackshirts will actually be former members of the team, not current. Nobody is really specific, but I think current team members will be a little too busy to attend.
