Blackshirts Lacking Forced Fumbles

A couple questions about the stats: is every fumble a "forced" fumble? I.e, when Niles Paul drops the ball untouched against Iowa State, is that credited to their defense still?

Also, only four teams forced three or fewer, but how many also forced four? Or between 5-7?

It's obviously not a good stat. Just asking for context.
