Blackshirts

Does anyone know how Pelini is going to go about awarding the blackshirts this season? I'm rather hoping we don't have the arbitrary dump of 14 or whatever it was last season before a snap is even played. As a motivational tool to play intense football, I can't think of too many better ones than that little tradition. But so far I haven't heard anything about it.

I've heard that every player on D will get a chance to blind pull a Black Jersey from the magical hamper of Pelini. Only the worthy will be able to pull a black jersey, thus placing them on the throne of the Black Shirt. This was from a program insider and a silent commit so I believe it to be true.
