I just got into an argument with one of my co-workers and wanted to toss it out to my fellow board members for discussion.

My co-worker thinks EVERY defensive player, regardless of whether they start or even see playing time, should get a blackshirt.

I told him that was the dumbest thing I had ever heard and takes away from the mystique and prestige of the blackshirts.

If Jason Peter heard that argument he would snap my co-worker in half.

Ewwww, no. That definitely takes away from the prestige of being able to wear one.

I agree. Why do we even keep score in the games. All that does is lower someone's self esteem. We just just let the kids play the game and give everyone awards at the end of the season.

Just razzin' ya... blackshirts are a symbol of the top of the food chain, and need to stay that way (imho)
