Hence he should've just awarded them at the beginning of the season to the starters. Then no one would think about it. But the D did fine today.

This would have happened if the blackshirts were given out or not. Just let em keep their blackshirts the games that have been played with the tradition are already over the top.

 
TT Scored 24 and 28 points in the two games they lost. They average, what 45 pts/ game? Our D did its job.

340 yards against UT and 484 against Houston --- lost both games. You have to have SOME offense to put points up and win the game.

Agreed. Coaches and players arent gonna say it, but its pretty obvious to people who understand the game of football...

Our offense cost us this game.

I am a firm believer than a TEAM wins a football game. Not the new saying that a defense wins a game. In order to win a football game, you need to have a offense, defense and special teams that either matches or outmatches the opposing team in order to win.

I think that our defense and our special teams are fully capable of matching or outplaying everyone else on our schedule (including Oklahoma). But unfortunately, our offense is dragging us down, and if the offense can't put points up on the board the rest of the season. Im gonna call for someone's head to roll.

(btw way, this loss happened while we had some in-house visits from recruits)

Everything I'm reading makes it seem like TT make NU self destruct.
