Blueberry Cake:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups blueberries
Cream together butter and sugar
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add in vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix together flour and baking powder.
Add in dry ingredients alternating with milk.
Stir in blueberries.
Grease and flour bundt pan (or 9x9 pan)
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool.
Brown Sugar Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
In small pot, melt butter.
Add in remaining ingredients and stir until sauce thickens, about 5-5 minutes.
Pour sauce over cooled cake.
Slice and serve.
