Bo Finally Comes to Nebraska
After watching the press conference today in its entirety, Nebraska hired Bob Stoops’ clone as its new football coach today. Not only are they from the same place and are both defensive minded, they almost even sound the same. The similarities between the two are too difficult to ignore.
Spending the past few days sorting through the rubble and attempting to make sense of the hire, potentially this is a home run for the Huskers. In fact, potentially a grand slam.
Nebraska will not likely have the same fate at Stoops, who won the national title in his second season. However, the cupboard is not bare in Lincoln. If Bo Pelini can fire me up in a press conference, somebody who is known to be very stubborn, sure he will do just fine in Lincoln.
