That he filled the needs of the team?

That talent is part of the equation and it's time to coach them up?

Oh, that explains why you recruited him then..........now it all makes sense. I thought it might be because they are good at ping pong or something.

No, I don't need headline statements, but does the guy elaborate on anything? Can he say what he liked about an individual specifically? Or where he specifically sees someone fitting in and why? Maybe why you recruited him in the first place? Do they have a real plan for each player or were we just trying to get some numbers and make a splash? "He's a good football player". " He'll be a good football player for us". Just such a broad general statement.

It's not that big of a deal. I sometimes wonder how well they even know some of these guys and if there is a real plan for some of them.

These kids have had enough sunshine pumped up their asses for the last few years. It's now Bo's job to get them humbled and bought into his system. A fine line to walk between selling how great these kids are to the public and keeping their heads about them.

These kids have had enough sunshine pumped up their asses for the last few years. It's now Bo's job to get them humbled and bought into his system. A fine line to walk between selling how great these kids are to the public and keeping their heads about them.
