Colorado State survives (so far) shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly in the first half to only be down 8 in the middle of the third.

UCS exposing Fresno. I feel a little better about our game with them next year at this point.

 
Colorado State's RB has 138 rushing yards at a 7.3 clip and two TDs despite playing with a special shoe to protect his "turf toe". Hmmmmmmmmmmm..................

just about ready to write post until this. USC 35 Fresno 6 at halftime. Yes, a little bit better too especially minus Carr.

I picked Fresno victory both Yahoo and ESPN pick-em contest. Oh well.

Yeah but at least they're still playing and on national tv.Too bad it's in a baseball stadium, makes the field setup and seating odd.

 
The unofficial start to the B1G bowl season is off to a shaky start as soon-to-be member Maryland is down to Marshall.

 
Just to get it out of the way:

"Even SYRACUSE can hold Minnesota to 124 total yards and 2.6 yards per rush" (through one half)

Edited to include stats from the final 20 seconds of the half.
