Bowl Games

No i don't believe that. Just that for the southern teams it is essentially a home game for them. I bet if the bowls were in the Northern part of the US the stats would be reversed. Once in a while a northern team blows out a southern team.

Well, thats the point of the page, that southern teams have an advantage because bowl games are played in the south. I agree if bowl were played in northern stadiums it would make a big difference. Check out the additons to the page
