Bowlin

I still think an 8-4 Nebraska should be more impressive than a 7-5 Notre Dame team, especially given how the teams finished and the level of competition. Nebraska would probably be 10-2 with Notre Dame's sched.

Gator or Alamo....it does not matter to me. I am just excited with going bowling again. Bo will start another tradition of going to bowls for 30+ years!

I am so glad to be talking a bowl again.....I don't care which, I just want our guys to get the extra practice...and it will help recruiting. The ship is officially turned and I like where it is headed!!!!!!

gator would be Florida State or Miami...at least projected, with maybe a NC

Alamo would be a Big 10 team....Wisconsin maybe

The Alamo would have to jump NU over Mizzou and the Gator would hav to pick NU over ND

Still, the safest bet is the Sun vs the #3 PAC 10....unless Oregon State wins the Pac 10 and USC is BCS, then #3 goes to Holiday and #4 to Sun

Is there a clause that says the Big 12 runner up (championship game loser) is guaranteed a bowl, no lower than the Cotton? Some one on this board may have mentioned this....

If MU is guaranteed at at least the Cotton, then I think the Alamo is out..

2 in the BCS, with the 3rd team (OU, TT, UT) in the Holiday...MU in Cotton........ and the Alamo Bowl would probably take OSU over NU.... again putting NU in the Sun.
