Maybe it is time for people to just not watch the championship game no matter who is in it. Just plan a boycott of the game because most of us really wont' care anyway. Send out some emails... start a website and a pool. Just send the message to advertisers (read $$$$) that we want a playoff system.
Fans can have a say in this matter... we're the ones who pay for the big bowl games and everything. I know the BCS game will sell out at the stadium, but we at home can shrink the ratings.
