BRI Would you give these guys a ticket.

There are many different tickets you could write for this. Basically it's reckless driving which you have to go to court for. You will lose your license with these charge and have to go to traffic school. Now if I would stop someone doing stupid $hit like thisk, which I have to a smaller extent, and say they don't have proof of insurance, or a registration card, or they have two license plate stickers on their license plate that are visable. I would write citations for each one of these charges. The speeding, squeeling tires, and driving like a moron just falls under reckless driving.
