BSC Standings

Win the big 12 Championship and they will not be. They have played a harder schedule then us I think we are in the 50ish and they played the 7th hardest schedule the computers love them for that.

 
well I think everyone knows and mostly votes us higher them Mizzou, but its the computer averages that mess everything up. Then you get results like this.

 
i suppose it is basically saying that them beating both ATM and OU was more impressive than us beating OSU and Mizzou

 
Margins that small boil down to strength of schedule and style points. We had a similar non-conference schedule; 1 opponent from a major BCS conference, 2 from mid-major BCS conferences and 1 FBS. The difference is Illinois is doing a little better than Washington, their two mid-major opponents are having good seasons while ours are not and they blew out their FBS opponent while we didn't.

 
As much as my distaste for Mizzou, you can't deny they had a hell of a season, but the bad thing is the computers like them better :angry:
