any body with some time want to average the rankings of all 10 11 12 14 teams in the Big Ten (here we go again, how many teams are in the conference game)

Not perfect because not all the non-con games are the same weeks and - to a lesser extent - some teams benefit by playing when there are fewer games in a given week but a decent idea. Also, I haven't looked that closely but it probably favors teams in the middle of the pack because a game between two average teams would probably be ranked as "better" than a good team against a bad team.

Michigan (3.08)

Northwestern (3.50)

Iowa (3.67)

Ohio State (3.83)

Minnesota (4.08)

Nebraska (4.17)

Wisconsin (4.17)

Penn State (4.33)

Michigan State (4.42)

Maryland (4.50)

Indiana (5.17)

Illinois (5.83)

Rutgers (6.25)

Purdue (6.67)
